A growing, physician-led allergy and immunology practice across multiple locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced and highly organized Practice Manager to oversee the operational, administrative, and financial performance of multiple practice locations.

Position Overview:

The Practice Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clinic operations across multiple locations, including staff leadership, workflow optimization, patient experience oversight, and revenue cycle management support.

The individual will work closely with physicians, clinical staff, front office teams, billing personnel, and leadership to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and organizational success.

The ideal candidate is someone who can balance people management with operational accountability while maintaining a positive and professional work culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Personnel & Staff Management

  • Supervise and support front office and clinical staff across multiple practice locations
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • Foster a collaborative, patient-focused, and accountable workplace culture
  • Ensure staff productivity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Address operational challenges and support conflict resolution when necessary

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow across all locations
  • Maintain efficient patient scheduling, patient flow, and overall office productivity
  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Develop and implement operational improvements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Maintain oversight of office systems, medical supplies, equipment, and facility-related operations
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal operational policies and procedures
  • Coordinate communication between providers, clinical teams, front office staff, billing personnel, and administration

Revenue Cycle Management Oversight

  • Monitor revenue cycle management processes including:
  • Insurance verification
  • Authorizations
  • Charge capture
  • Claims processing
  • Denials management
  • Collections

Accounts receivable performance

  • Work closely with billing staff and third-party vendors to resolve claim issues, denial trends, and aging AR challenges
  • Review operational and financial reports regularly to identify areas requiring improvement
  • Support implementation of corrective action plans and workflow enhancements related to billing and collections
  • Ensure payment collection processes and front-end financial workflows are functioning effectively
  • Maintain accountability for operational and financial performance metrics tied to revenue cycle operations

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Assist with budgeting oversight, expense management, and operational reporting
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support staffing efficiency and operational consistency across all practice locations
  • Help drive organizational growth through process improvement and operational leadership
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives and operational development projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in medical practice management or healthcare operations required
  • Experience managing multi-site medical office operations strongly preferred
  • Revenue cycle management oversight experience is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, insurance processes, denials management, and accounts receivable
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with EMR systems and practice management software preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
